Fun Water Slides

The hotel has a beautiful setting with plenty of greenery and great amenities for families, like slides for kids and extensive facilities. However, the service left much to be desired as the staff often seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which really impacted the quality of our stay. The food variety was limited and cleanliness could be improved, especially in the public areas.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The family room was a fantastic upgrade, very spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The water park was a hit with the kids, and the all-inclusive dining provided us with plenty of options throughout the day. However, there were some downsides like the lengthy wait times for drinks and the beach conditions could be improved. Despite these issues, it was a lovely experience, and I would consider returning.
